Below is a small list of frequently asked questions to help make the most of our application.


Do I need to purchase the physical copy of a textbook in order to access its digital version?

Yes, the only way to access a textbook in its digital format is with a code included in the physical copy.

Can I purchase a digital only version of a textbook?

No, at this moment this is not an option we have implemented, but it may come in due time. Kindly contact: support@hachette-antoine.com regarding this question.

Is the application compatible with and across all digital devices?

Yes, our app is available on all devices regardless of hardware or software.

How can I use the app as a teacher?

As a teacher, you are given a lot of freedom and options in order to better engage your students with their educational content, including a host of audio-visual and interactive tools.

How can I activate a book?

  • Go to reader.hachette-antoine.com and sign up or login with a username and password.
  • Go to the “Activate book” section and choose the textbook you wish to access.
  • Use the code included in your textbook to access it at your leisure.

What do the labels “ACTIVE”, “EXPIRING”, and “EXPIRED” appearing in the library mean?

The publisher may decide that ebooks can only be used for a certain period of time. You can check at any time the activation validity status of your books in the library, by accessing to the corresponding book’s details.
The labels related to your book's activation status can take on three values:

  • ACTIVE, in green: you can access your book;
  • EXPIRING, in yellow: you an access your book, but the activation validity period will soon expire;
  • EXPIRED, in red: you can no longer access your book.
In this last case, if you want to continue using the book, click on ACTIVATE AGAIN or open the book info and activate your book again. Contact your school to receive a new activation code.

If I forget my password, how can I access my digital content?

In case you forget your password, a link will be provided to your e-mail address in order to retrieve it.
